A practical pathway you can actually follow.

TMJ Rescue Plan is designed to reduce the guesswork. Rather than giving you a library of exercises and leaving you to work out what to do, each week has a clear purpose and builds on what you have already learned.

Learn how jaw symptoms can relate to muscles, joints, habits, oral rest posture and everyday load, without trying to diagnose yourself.

Follow short teaching, demonstrations and manageable exercises in a clear sequence rather than trying multiple techniques at once.

Track what changes, choose what is useful to continue and understand when self-management may no longer be the right next step.

  • Sometimes it is aching around the jaw or temples.
  • Sometimes it is clenching, facial tension, headaches, clicking, a tired jaw or feeling cautious about opening wide.
  • Sometimes the hardest part is not knowing which advice applies to you.

You may have tried:

  • Massages
  • Heat
  • A splint
  • Posture work
  • or Online exercises

Some things may help briefly. Others may flare you. The advice can feel disconnected, and it is difficult to know what to do first.

That confusion does not mean you have failed.

Jaw symptoms can be influenced by more than one system, and isolated tips do not give you a way to make sense of your response.

Everything you need, without an overwhelming library.
